Stripe's fraud evidence list for digital goods includes purchase IP, customer name and email, and server logs with timestamps. Shopify lists device and IP data that is consistent with previous orders. Visa CE 3.0, when a processor flags it, leans on prior non-fraud transactions with the same cardholder.

What to export

IP at checkout, with geolocation only if your processor or logs already provide it.
Device ID or browser fingerprint if you store it.
Login or download after payment, with time and IP.
Prior undisputed orders on the same card, email, or customer ID, with dates.

Limits

Shared households, VPNs, and stolen-session cases exist. Present the log as a log. Pair it with delivery to the billing address or a customer message about this order when you have those. Do not claim the IP 'proves it was them.'
