A policy is evidence of the rules you showed, not of what happened to the parcel.

When policy belongs in the packet

• Credit not processed: you refused a refund because the return window closed, the item was used, or the return never arrived.
• Not as described: only as support for a remedy you already offered, not as a substitute for showing the listing.
• Subscription cancelled: the cancellation cutoff relative to the renewal charge.

When it wastes a page

Unauthorized and not-received disputes are about who paid and whether the order arrived. A restocking-fee clause does not speak to either. If you already issued the refund, lead with the refund transaction, not the policy.
