Dashboard: Orders & payments → Disputes. Team members need permission to respond. Square collects some transaction data itself; you add the documents the information request lists for that reason.
File rules Square publishes
The document request guide describes HEIC, JPEG, PDF, PNG, or TIFF; a per-file size cap (publicly described as 5 MB); and a page cap (publicly described as 15 pages per file). Do not highlight text — Square warns banks may review in black and white. Prefer arrows and crop.

- Square also publishes separate articles for not-as-described, cancelled goods or services, incorrect amount, and paid-by-other-means. Use the one that matches the open case.
