Name the exhibit after the claim it answers, then keep the filename and the index line in agreement.

A naming pattern that survives upload

The index line should repeat the same job: 'Exhibit A — Tracking: UPS delivered 12 Aug 2026 to 18 Pine St, the checkout address.' If you selected an evidence item and did not attach a file, say 'not attached' instead of skipping the row. Zocuments keeps that gap visible on purpose.

Combine, then stop

Combine same-type files. Do not combine delivery, policy, and a selfie of the warehouse into one PDF because the portal was confusing. Wrong type labels waste the one slot you had for the real proof.
